As part of Best New Chefs this year I was commissioned to shoot two of the restaurants included in Food & Wine's yearly selection. Zoi Antonitsas chef of Westward in Seattle was part of the talented bunch. Westward is located on the water with a gorgeous view of downtown Seattle. The Mediterranean inspired menu encompasses lots of fresh local seafood set in a beautiful nautical setting. Grab a seat outside in one of the adirondack chairs by the fire pit and watch the sunset with a dozen oysters and a bottle of rose, you wont be bummed.
