Happy Friday! and a cocktail for you all. Its been a really busy week for me and I need a drink. This is a recent yummy bev that we shot for Morris Kitchen. If you havent tried Kari's ginger syrup, you gotta. Good with booze or without. This is one of my favorites of the bunch. Here you can find out where to buy it. It's starting to feel really autumnal outside and I've been enjoying it. Does anyone have any fun plans for the weekend? Soon it will be time for going apple picking upstate and watching the leaves turn.
makes one drink
1 1/2oz spiced rum
1 1/2oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz ginger syrup
Mix and pour over ice.
Mmm, anything with ginger in it is fine by me!
ReplyDeleteI feel like I've earned a drink after this week too. We all do, probably. Very sophisticated drink. Never heard nor tried this combo before, but I think the ginger and pineapple will be a great match. Have nice weekend!

I didn't have any ginger, so used ginger ale instead - worked great! Added a nice fizzyness.
