© Nicole Franzen PhotographyI love the Ace Hotel, a perfect well rounded group of talented individuals. The hotel lobby is always packed full of young hipsters on laptops sipping Stumptown coffee. The Breslin with perfect pub fair and now the John Dory Oyster Bar with fantastic seafood. I love the scene they are creating here and I recommend visiting. Oysters with fresh horseradish and a chili cilantro mignonette is a party in the mouth to say the least. They usually have 3 east coast and 3 west coast oysters to choose from. Running at $3 bucks a pop.

Girl, I love me some oysters. And horseradish is my favorite thing to top them with. Next time I'm out there, we should go get some oysters.
