Winter at Gramercy Tavern is truly enchanting. This time around I worked with the pastry kitchen. Nancy Olson is the pastry chef here and her talent is evident. With a strong team of talented chefs they create a wide variety of treats to satisfy any needs during the holiday season. Comforting classics like one of the best apple pies I have ever eaten served along with yogurt cinnamon ice cream. Incredible petit fours with impeccable detail. A large selection handmade chocolates. Even the ornaments on the Xmas tree are cookies which have been hand decorated by her team. They couldn't of done a better job of bringing the holiday spirit in, well done.
